SMARTER 1300 appreciates the investment you have made in your business name and the contact numbers, particularly your 13, 1300 or 1800 number, of your business.

When a SMS / TEXT MESSAGE is sent to your 13, 1300 or 1800 number the automated response sent back to the enquirer your 13, 1300 or 1800 number will appear on the recipients mobile phone as the sender of that message.

What if my 13, 1300 or 1800 number is a "phoneword" number that I have invested significant capital into, and I want that alpha / numeric "phoneword" to appear in the recipient's mobile.

Under our Advanced Options we enable our clients to have their business name appear in the �message inbox� on the recipients mobile phone so they know the message is from your business.

Does this change the Automated Response capabilities on my SMARTER 1300 Account?

In a word, no. Your automated response will still be sent as normal, and received by the recipient as normal directly to their mobile phone. The only difference, is that the recipient can not send a response to the name appearing in their Message Inbox as it is alpha numeric, and not an allocated number.
