  • When a TEXT message enquiry is sent to your 13, 1300 or 1800 number your Automated Response is sent to the enquirer's mobile phone immediately
  • Your Automated Response can be changed as often as you like through your on-line SMARTER 1300 account

  • Examples:
    • Change your Automated Response each day to include your daily specials via the User Options in your SMARTER 1300 account.
    • In your Automated Response direct potential clients to your web site for further information about your services.

Inbound Text Message Forwarded to your nominated Email Account

  • In the User Options of your SMARTER 1300 account you determine the email account you want all in bound TEXT messages forwarded to.

  • Examples:
    • Set up a specific email account for all incoming TEXT enquiries

Inbound Text Message Sent to your Nominated Mobile

  • If your business is on the move you can have all inbound TEXT messages sent to your nominated mobile phone. You then receive in bound TEXT messages immediately to that mobile phone.
  • This feature can be turned on and off as you wish in the User Options of your SMARTER 1300 account
